LIVE YOUR WORTH.
As you may have heard or personally experienced, what you allow in your life will continue to be apart of your life.
You hold the power within to choose how others treat you and how you perceive other’s treatment to you.
Toxicity cannot permeate a soul’s untouchable worthiness.
By aligning yourself with the truth you are enough just as you are; tolerating bullshit in your life will no longer be an option. Trust me on this!
By no means does this make one selfish in their attempt to cut negative ties in order to free themselves from energetic bondage either.
When we consciously make the choice to love ourselves by for example, standing up for ourselves to an obnoxious boss or leaving a manipulative relationship, our energetic vibration rises which in turn positively effects the surrounding vibrations.
Make decisions based upon on love and what will make you feel good.
When you are in this familiar state of bliss, you are being expressed through Source.
Really soak this in — The Creator of all is best exemplifying it’s true expression through you when your energetic vibration is flying high on that love or above frequency.
Rest easy in knowing that when you are choosing to feel good and find positivity in each moment, you are right where you need to be.
You can tap into your emotional guidance system and intuitive forces at any time to get yourself back on the track of reality you desire to stay on.
In other words, your emotions only make you feel bad so that you can get back to feeling good... for this is your natural state of well-being!
Love loving yourself and this love will extend to all ends of the Universe.

~ Skin Care ~
Here are a few skin care tips as the colder weather sends us off into the new year.
Even in Florida, I’ve noticed the dryer weather has taken a toll on my skin; especially after showering.
I’ve been diving for moisturizer like my life depends on it because we all know how much of a nuisance flaky skin is!
Be KIND to your skin It does a lot for you every day!
1. Sunscreen is a must.
Just because you don’t see the sun doesn’t mean your skin isn’t getting pounded by harmful UV rays.
The sun's rays are one of the top causes for things you could go without such as premature aging, sun spots, and worsened acne in the long-run.
This being said, even if you may not think you’ll be in the sun directly doesn’t let you off the hook from possible UV exposure either. I
have gotten sunburnt in my car more times than I’d like to admit because I wasn’t thinking I needed SPF while driving on the highway when I evidently did.
Always wear your SPF! Your future self will be so proud.
2. Use product sparingly.
Using an excess amount of moisturizer in hopes to hydrate your skin isn’t your best bet, despite popular belief.
Your skin is like a sponge: it can only absorb so much.
Instead of wasting product, choose the best product for your skin type from the get go that will give you the amount of moisture your skin needs in one application.
I typically recommend using no more than a nickel-sized amount of moisturizer to take care of your face, neck, and décolleté when applied evenly.
3. Look at the ingredients!
If you’re using a toner, be sure to check out what you're really putting on your face.
Not all alcohols are beneficial to our skin. Some actually cause more damage to our skin’s protective barrier than good.
Hella reliable toner ingredients to look for include cetyl alcohol, retinol, and tocopherol (better recognized as vitamin E.)
Ingredients to avoid include SD alcohol 40, denatured alcohol, ethanol, and isopropyl alcohol.
Toners help balance your skin’s pH, the root of several skin care dilemmas, so pick and choose wisely!
May you go into the last month of the year with the following as your mantra: “Do no harm, take no shit.” Much love!
